RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our focus is on delivering high quality jewellery that we believe you'll love. However, if for any reason you wish to return your jewellery for exchange or refund you may do within 21 days of purchase. As long as the item is in new condition Savi Jewellery will accept it and replace your purchase with an alternative product of your choice (refunding or charging the difference), or return the amount paid in full.

How to return or exchange an item

All returns must be sent registered post. Please notify us by email that you are returning an item. Quote your savi invoice number and the shipping reference number.

Your item must be returned in the original the package and packing you received from savi.
 
We will exchange your return for an alternate item or size from our range, or credit the full amount back to the originating card/account for a full refund.

Please allow for up to 5 working days for processing after the goods have been received back at Savi.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive to ensure they are in new condition

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment

If you are returning the product because it is defective we will refund the registered post shipping costs back to you.

 If you are returning the product for exchange Savi will not charge you shipping for your first exchange however for subsequent exchanges you will be charged for our shipping cost plus any difference in the product cost price.
